Creating authentic Texas barbecue Since 2001

Ray Harmon started his restaurant with a truck and the side of the road. He sold his barbecue to anyone who passed by. His goal was to share his talent for authentic pit smoked, Texas barbecue with as many people as he could. With the help of his family, he cultivated recipes at home in his kitchen that he would later bring out on the road.

Now with a brick and mortar restaurant, Ray Harmon's Barbecue is an authentic experience that makes you feel like you're at home eating dinner with Harmon family. Whether you're eating in house with us or taking your food to go, this family run restaurant seeks to bring the best Texas barbecue to your dinner table.
