Tuesday
The Harmon’s Barbecue Tuesday Special is our Smoked Brisket Tacos! This special comes with our slow smoked chopped brisket nestled in two lightly toasted flour tortillas. On the side, we include fresh pico de gallo and green salsa to add a kick to your tacos! We also have jalapeno and shredded cheese available upon request. These tacos will have your coming back week after week! You can add a cold coke, or ask your cashier about our beer of the month! Taco Tuesday only comes around once a week so stop by and give them a try today!
Wednesday
The Harmon’s Barbecue Wednesday Special is our Handmade Smoked Beef Burgers! Our burgers are the best because you can customize them any way that you want. Each burger comes with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo, but you can add almost anything on our menu to make it yours! Love our slow smoked brisket? Add it to your burger! Craving our sausage? Add it on your burger! We also offer bacon and cheese to make the perfect brisket bacon cheese burger of your dreams! Our burgers are only available on Wednesday’s so swing on by. Craving a beer to go with your burger? Ask our cashier about the beer of the month!

Stuffed Baked Potato
Smoked brisket chopped together with our homemade sauce, on top of a warm baked potato. But that’s not all! Ask your cashier about our sausage stuffed baked potato. Each potato is served with sour cream, butter, and cheese

This menu item is a favorite among our staff. Smoked sausage stuffed with melty cheddar cheese and jalapeño pieces. Served up by the quarter, half, and whole ring. Ask your cashier about adding it to you next sandwich, family meal, or special!
Frito PIe
This one is a Texas classic. We’ve got crunchy Fritos topped with pinto beans, slow smoked brisket, onions, and melted cheese. Add jalapeños for a spicy kick that will have you coming back again and again!

Our customers loved this special so much we had to make it an every day menu item! Elbow noodles topped with chopped and sauced brisket. Served up with melted cheese.
